An employment is subject to various rules that differ depending on whether your company has a collective agreement or not. If a collective agreement does not exist, the Employment Protection Act (LAS) determines the terms of employment.

Employment form

The first thing to do is to decide which type of employment form you should offer. Here, there are two options: permanent employment or fixed-term employment. Permanent employment, also known as a permanent position, is the most common type of employment form, while fixed-term employment refers to temporary positions such as substitutes or seasonal positions where the employer knows both the start and end dates of the position. Employment contract

A new employee should always sign an employment contract. There are certain regulations regarding what an employment contract should contain, when an employee should receive the contract, and other important points that need to be considered.
